How do I make an order?
To make an order, simply click on “Place Order” located on the left menu. Fill in the order form with a valid email address. Within 24 hours, we will contact you via email to confirm your order and verify all relevant information provided.

If you did not receive any response from us, please check your junk/spam folder. Alternatively, you can fill up "contact us" form together with your contact number.

What happens if I completed my payment but the stock still runs out?
We will do a full refund through funds transfer immediately, with no further obligations.

Can I make telephone orders?
Yes (local orders only). If you are uncomfortable with our order form, please fill up "contact us" form with the items that you would like to order and your contact number. Please also state whether you would like us to get back to you through SMS or telephone.

What are the payment options?
All payments must be made within 3 days upon placing order otherwise item(s) will no longer be reserved and will be put up for sale again. You may request for time grace if you need more time for payment.

Which can be done at any Auto Teller Machine (ATM) or Online Banking.

° Cash (Local orders)-
Only applicable for Meet-Up or Pick Up Personally (Please read above section).

° Personal Cheque (Local orders)-
Payee details will be advised in confirmation email upon placing an order.

° Credit Card via PAYPAL in SG dollars (International & Local orders)-
- You do not need a Paypal account. All you need is a VALID email address.
- You will receive an invoice from Yufuii, whereby you will be directed to pay Yufuii securely via Paypal's
  website.
- Transaction Fee is applicable-
  Transaction fee's calculation: "3.4% of Transaction amount + S$0.50"

What is my Exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please email me. I would gladly exchange your merchandise for another item. All exchanges are only accepted in original and unused condition. However, there will be no refund.

° Local exchanges must be done within 7 days upon receipt.
° Foreign exchanges must be done within 20 days upon receipt.

Customers have to bear responsible for all shipping cost and possibility of loss during shipping/delivery. There will be NO Meet Up options available for exchange.

What is the Warranty policy?
We have made every effort to ensure durability of all Yufuii products and every item is under a warranty period of 2 months from the date of purchase. Any defects during this period, we will find a best solution to amend the defects for you, absolutely free.

In very rare circumstances, where item beyond our ability to repair, we will provide a complimentary Yufuii voucher of up to 80% off. However there will be no exchange nor refund.

* Discount rate of complimentary voucher varies case by case.
* Customers have to bear responsible for one-way shipping fee of sending item back to Yufuii for repair.
* We will not be responsible if the item is deliberately damaged, excessive wear & tear or damaged due to owners' negligence.

Yufuii will never sell, trade, rent or otherwise transmit any of your personal information to third party without receiving your consent. All personal information we gathered is used solely to enable us to process your order. What is Discount code?
It is a code allocated for eligible shoppers to enjoy discount offers during a promotion. Currently, there is no ongoing promotion.

Yes! All products (including website + illustrations) are designed and made by Cynthia Loh, unless otherwise stated.

How do I care for Yufuii bags?
Do not squeeze the bags during storage. I would strongly recommend you to hang the bags to prevent creasing. If creasing exists, simply iron it at “cotton” temperature (Avoid ironing directly onto felted or hand-stenciled areas). As each bag may be made of several different fabric types, there is no universal rule regarding cleaning. Most fabrics may be spot treated with mild soap and water.

What happens when item is Sold Out?
Item that are sold-out will no longer be available for sale. Recent sold-out items will move to our "Past Collection" section for your viewing pleasure. If you wish to view any of the older collection, please email me with the item name that you wish to see again. Remember to grab your favorite item while they last!!

"Past Collection" is a viewing gallery of Yufuii's past designs that were SOLD OUT. I'm sorry they are not available for purchase anymore.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
As Yufuii pieces are only available in very limited quantity, I cannot guarantee that there will be enough stock-on-hand for bulk orders. However, if you have the time and interest in carrying Yufuii pieces in your boutique or e-store, please contact us for quantity, pricing and details.

Remember to include the following information: Your boutique name, brief description of your current business, contact number, quantity and items of interest from Yufuii. Hope that we could work something out!
